Account help
An activation deadline, a period to claim free spins and a wagering deadline can be separate clocks. A page saying that a promotion is still advertised does not prove your account’s deadline has not expired. Local time and the timezone used in the account can also differ.
What to check
Save the displayed expiry time and offer name. Ask for clarification when the timezone is missing; making another deposit is not a reliable way to restore an expired offer.
Before you start
Practical checks for documents, promotions and account questions. The conditions shown in your own account take priority.
