How it works
A hold-and-spin feature commonly keeps money symbols while remaining positions respin. Its reset condition is specific to the game: one symbol, several coins or a special collector may be required. A displayed three-life counter is not the same as ten fixed free spins. A full grid can also end the round.
What to check
Check exactly what refreshes the counter and what ends the feature. Compare Joker’s Jewels with Infernal Trinity instead of assuming identical reset rules.

Chunky Carlo’s Money Mania
Lighters feed three meters that modify symbols in different ways. Six coins lead to BIG HEIST; time bombs affect nearby coins rather than acting as ordinary matching symbols.
Lawn n’ Complete Disorder
The game separates bonus spins from a coin-based respin feature. Its expanded modes do not all start with the same number of spins, so check the selected mode.
Infernal Trinity GO Guaranteed
Blue, red and purple pots change different parts of the respin feature. Three coins are needed to reset its lives; one new coin should not be assumed sufficient.
Before you start
The rules inside the exact game version take priority. The same title can have different configurations.
